Altitude Apartments Hakuba — Local services in Hakuba

An absolute gem of a location to stay in Hakuba. Very close walking distance to the bars & restaurants in upper Wadano, as well as the Sakka slope at Happo One!

We stayed in the Panorama apartment with 8 of us in our group and fit comfortably with no issues at all. Everything about the place felt, clean, modern, and well cared for. The heated floors throughout were a dream and the real prize was the indoor onsen. The kitchen was huge and well stocked for any family, and I ended up really enjoying the espresso pods that were provided. There is a shared, but very large, dry-room downstairs when you walk in that is shared between the Panorama and the other apartment in Altitude.

The host, Justin, was a legend and the willingness to shuttle, drop off, and pick up when needed was very much appreciated. He also was very responsive when any sort of communication was needed.

Overall, the place is amazing and I would stay here every time I came to Hakuba if I could. Definitely a place you should have on your radar when...

It's a very big and well equipped Hapoone ski resort. We traveled with a group of 5 and this was definitely our best option. The host will be there to meet you upon arrival and brief you on the basics of the house and most importantly, what to do near the house. Nice place. I'd stay there again. Felix was quite helpful. It's a tad out of the way and up hill which makes walking from the shuttle a pain, and there may be a slight issue with the damp smell in the shared/dry room area. But...
