We had fantastic Christmas course dinner. Love the concept of using a plenty of local ingredients including wild venison & Yamagata wagyu beef. We felt the vegetables need a bit more work but the meat and the sauces were absolutely fabulous. On top of that, the service was amazing. Perfect restaurant for a special occasion in winter. We didn’t use it but they said they have a pick-up service upon request as well. Would definitely come back here again.

Amazing in every way; superb high quality service, delicious cuisine (delicate layered flavours; incredibly tasty) in an elegantly styled art nouveau ambience. When in Hakuba Happo region do yourself a favour and dine here for a taste sensation (with fantastic hospitality) you will appreciate and not forget. We thoroughly enjoyed the simplicity and depth of the Caesar salad and margarita pizza and the fish of the day was scrumptious, finishing with the incredible Tiramisu. Amazing food and impeccable service. For a special night out, this is the spot. The staff are proud to explain the provenance of the produce which makes it even more enjoyable. We were even treated to a sample of a special local wine. We will definitely revisit next time...
