I went to this Hard Off during my vacation in Japan and when I returned home to the USA, I noticed that a game I had purchased was missing its disc. I shopped at many Hard Offs while in Japan, but I've been able to determine that this is the Hard Off I purchased this game at. I'm sure the cashier made an honest mistake and did not purposefully forget to put the disc in the case. Is it possible to have the disc mailed to me? I have found no email address to give this question, and my Japanese language skills are poor so calling the store on the phone is not a good option. With the photo of the game case and receipt attached, could you confirm that the disc I'm missing is located at this store, and could you contact me? Thank you...

I went to this shop two weeks ago. I bought an N64 system. I got home and it didn’t work. I went back the next day and the staff was amazing! They opened the system and cleaned the inside and told me if it still didn’t work they would give me a full refund. It worked perfectly fine and the staff even gave me ¥500 off my next purchase.
