万引きに対する警戒がちょっと露骨すぎるきらいはあるがそれ以外はとても感じがよく気持ちよく買い物ができるお店だと思う。同じカインズでも伊東店よりさらにこちらの方が接客に力を入れていると思う。もちろん個人個人で見たらハズレの方、イマイチの方も残念ながらいるが全体として総じて良いと思う。もちろん伊東店の方が悪いわけではないです。同じカインズで比べるとと言うぐらいの差です。 品出し作業をしていた女性従業員の方に聞きたいことがあって話しかけたら嫌な顔もせずに作業の手を止めてまでこちらに親切に丁寧に対応して案内してくれました。 にも関わらず私は探していた商品のことであれこれ頭の中で思案していてすっかりその方にお礼を言うことも忘れてしまいそっけなく踵を返してその場を離れてしまいました。 後になって「しまった、めちゃくちゃ感じ悪い態度をとってしまった。せっかく親切にしていただいたのに。申し訳ないことをしてしまったな。」と後悔したが時すでに遅し。 こんなところに書いても仕方ないですがあの時の方不愉快な思いをさせてしまいごめんなさい。無礼で変な客だと思ったでしょうね。お忙しいところをご迷惑おかけしました。

あと、野外の会計小屋にいる女性従業員の方が少しシュッとしているせいかおじさん客たちに人気のようですごく話しかけられて困惑していました（もちろん適当に頑張って感じ良くあしらっていて偉いなと思いましたが）おじさん客はやはり美人を見るとテンション上がってしまうんですね。...

伊東市内にカインズは2店舗。 伊東店は客が多く、活気がある。伊豆高原店は客が少なく、ゆったりと買い物ができる。 いずれのお店もチェーン店の一部なので、品揃えには大差を感じない。もちろん地域によって商品ラインは変わることは承知しているが、この2店舗についてはあまり違いがないように思う。

伊豆高原店の評価だが、良くも悪くも普通かな。 従業員の大半はパートだろうから、サービスは地域性も影響するだろう。店長が優秀であれば全体的な接客レベルも上がるのだろうが、伊豆高原店は先述の通りそれほど混雑もしていないにもかかわらず、教育が行き届いている感じはしない。のんびりしているため、自発的にモラールを上げていくことは困難だろう。なので、従業員の水準ももともとその人に備わる能力に委ねざるを得ない。感じの良い人は良いし、いらっしゃいませも言わず、知り合いにだけ人懐っこい笑顔で接する人もいる。それでやっていけるのが地方のチェーン店です。 それが気にならなければ、たいていの探し物は見つか...
