【再更新】 1:写真(DVDケース)のように、欠けたケースが多い(CDも同様)。前にも似た事をコメントしたが改善されてないようだ。 しかも今回は、三枚レンタルして三枚とも欠けたケースが使用されてた！ 2:CDコーナーは一度整理した方がよい。例えば、“あ行”なのにそうじゃないものがあったり、ジャンルがバラバラに入ってたりする。 以前レンタルしてるを探すのが面倒であった。全般的に整備・整理がダメ (更新)アクセサリー機器があったので、レンタル商品と一緒にカウンターに行ったら、レンタル商品はセルフレジでお願いしますとまた言われた。 なぜ一緒に出来ないのか不思議でならない。 (一回で終わらせたいのに) 客に手間かけさせて、店員の労働負担を少なくしてる割には返却商品が山積み、全く裁けてない。 あと、CD、DVDケースの劣化、破損が目立つ。借りる側の扱い方にも問題があるとは思うけど、お店側もそこはスルーしないで気にかけて扱ってもらいたい。 (ズレないようにスポンジ等を挟むとか、そういう努力をしてほしい) お店側が商品を大事に扱えば、借りる側もそれなりに扱うと思うけどね。

出入口に返却ボックスがあります。閉店後、返却日翌日10時までに入れることができればOKです。延滞料金は高いので、返却ボックスの活用をおすすめします。 スタッフの方は親切です。商品が見つからない時は、すぐに調べてくれます。商品説明も丁寧で、納得して買うことができます。 商品にはシールが貼ってあるので、新品と中古品の区別がはっきりしています。 クレジットカードで支払っても、Pontaカードのポイントが入ります。 道路沿いにあり駐...
