The service quality is bad. If you can't do a job, you should tell your client so, or at least warn them about the risks.

We left our wedding bands with mate finish for resizing... The lady was very helpful and said it was easy to do. But she is not the one who makes the service.

Our rings came back almost ruined. We had to request a polish because they did not re-do the mate finish, it was all but scratches and mine had a huge stain from the blow torch near the diamond.

The guy tried to explain it! Of course I knew what's from, but how can you give it back to your costumers like this??? At least give us a call and tell us you need to re-do the finish or that you can't do it! I speak Japanese!!

So we lost the mate finish, and the final finish was not even good. You can definitely see the soldering place, there are scratches and the rings are no longer round or flat at the sides.

Do not go here! I recently went here for the prongs that hold up my diamond. Two needed to be replaced because they were worn down. They literally pushed the diamond down and flatten the extra prongs over the diamond. My diamond sits lopsided now, and I swear the shape was filed down so it’s no longer a princess cut. It’s horrible! Just don’t go here. Also, when I called to ask about fixing the actual issue (the prongs) I was told no one speaks English, but when I dropped it off they swore they had people who spoke English.
