The 7th shrine of hachi-sha-meguri or the eight shrines to be pilgrimage in Kobe. It is also one of the subordinates of the Ikuta jinja. The deity enshrined here are seven, i.e. Okuninushi no Mikoto, Omononushi no Mikoto, Ashihara Ushio, Yasenhoko no Kami, Okuni Tama no Kami, and Kokoku Tama no Kami. Hence, the jinja called as the shichinomiya jinja. The building of this shrines where unknown exactly, but in 1161, Taira no Kiyomori were building the Tsu of Hyogo and scraped the Shiotsuchi yama, and during the process he noticed that the building was Otumi Takamikoto was enshrined at the mountain. Since then, Otumi Takamikoto also enshrined. This shrine was completely destroyed during Kobe air raid, and rebuilt again. This jinja known for the...

今は小さな神社ですが、元々の建立はかなり古く、平清盛ゆかりで今の場所に移設されたとか。兵庫の港に近く、古くから航海安全の神社として知られており、社殿の右には碇が飾られています。一宮から八宮まである生田神社の裔社を巡る神戸八社巡りの一社です。 戦災、震災などで何度か再建されているそうです。鳥居は南側にあります。東側の石柱は川崎重工業が奉納しています。ここの東500m、ハーバーランドの向かいにある川崎重工業神戸工場で潜水艦やジェットフォイルなど作っているので、その関係でしょうね。 場所は阪神高速3号・国道2号沿い...
