Located in Kyoto’s Nishikyo Ward, Matsuo Taisha is one of the oldest shrines in the city, founded in 701 AD. It enshrines the deity of mountains and sake brewing, attracting brewers from across Japan who come to pray for successful production and good fortune in business.

The shrine features traditional architecture and is a nationally designated Important Cultural Property. In mid-April, its “Yamabuki (Japanese Kerria) Garden” blooms with vibrant yellow flowers, offering a picturesque and tranquil setting. この駅は身障者には、使えない😖💦 私に落ち度あり・余裕が無かったのですが、ICOCAで改札通りエレベーターが見当たらず駅員さんに聞くと、踏み切りを渡り右側に行ってと、え！桂行き🚊発3分もないのに😵左側改札口開けておきます😅(内心 ばか野郎😱私の👣で行けるか‼️でも、声掛けてくれた駅員さんに悪いし、踏み切り越えようと👣ました。心配的中、カーンカーン遮断機は落ちてくるは、後ろから健常者は走り🏃追い越していき😭⤵️⤵️腰をかがめホームに)🚊に間に合いましたが、今回は‼️こういうのが、人身事故に繋がるのでは‼️と思いました。 もう二度と阪急松尾大社は使いません。今後は嵐山から🚊乗ります。桂に着き梅田に向かう🚊にも、一本乗り遅れ(想定内)待ち合わせには間に合いましたが、今後自分の為、人様に迷惑かけない為、松尾大社駅には、行きません‼️ 阪急さん、人的配慮考えて(少数派意見)...

桜の季節の嵐山。大混雑で車なんか停めるところがないので、この駅の近くで車を停めてひと駅だけ電車に乗って嵐山へ。パークアンドライドですね。

こちら、桜の木に包まれたとても感じの良い駅。そこにお上品な阪急電車が入ってくるのですから優雅な雰囲気はさらに増します。
