We had an incredible experience dining at Numan and Nehan Halal Kitchen. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with a loud and heartfelt “Assalamalikum” by Riaz and Ahmad, who made us feel like honored guests rather than just customers. Their hospitality set the tone for the entire evening. We began with the tomato soup and chicken kabob salad, recommended by Riaz. While the soup leaned a bit sweet for our taste, the salad was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. For the main course, we ordered the Mix Kabob Platter, Mutton Dum Biryani, and Butter Chicken with plain butter naan. The biryani completely stole the show—it was bursting with flavor, aromatic, and unlike anything we’ve tasted before. The naan was thin, buttery, and paired beautifully with the creamy butter chicken, melting in the mouth with every bite. To end the meal, we indulged in Gajar Halwa topped with strawberry ice cream and Gulab Jamun with chai. Both desserts were rich, comforting, and the perfect finish to a memorable meal. Overall, Numan and Nehan Halal Kitchen delivers not just food, but an experience—a mix of authentic flavors, genuine hospitality, and warmth that makes you want to return again and again. Highly...

Read moreA Hidden Gem Between Arashiyama and Gion!
We were heading back from the breathtaking Arashiyama Bamboo Forest to Gion in the evening when hunger hit hard — and finding halal food nearby was proving impossible. Most places were shut. Then we stumbled upon this spot, and honestly, it was a blessing.
We ordered the biryani, naan, chicken seekh kebab, and daal fry — and every bite was bursting with authentic flavor. Even our youngest, usually the pickiest eater, couldn’t get enough. That alone says a lot.
The cherry on top? A clean, dedicated prayer area for those who need it. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, and the entire place was spotless.
If you’re in the area and looking for halal food that hits the spot — don’t miss this place. Absolutely...
