Come here for an Okinawa- style donut (Sata Andagi)! I stumbled across this confectionary shop when walking through the market. Oily and delicious, do not expect the texture of a light and fluffy traditional-style donut. Each individual donut is 120 Yen, but there are also packs of 3 and minis available (as well as other confectionaries to browse). This texture is quite sense, similar to a French Madeline pastry. There are a few flavors available- such as white sugar, brown sugar, sweet potato, pumpkin, and sesame. We tried the white sugar, and it was tasty. Okinawa donut (brown sugar) is tasty but a bit too dry, I think having it with a cup of tea will be better. The rice cake is hard to make a comment, in 6 of us only my sis and I can accept the flavour. It tastes sweet but also a bit bitter with a strong leaf smell. Anyway, good...
