We visited on the grand opening night since it was right by our hotel. We had no wait, but by the time we left, several people were in line. There are basically 9 options based on the 3 different portions of steak cutlet (1 cutlet, 1.5 cutlet, and 2 cutlets). You can get either of those 3 options with no drink, with a soft drink, or with beer. Whichever you choose comes with miso, a heaping portion of shredded cabbage, a small portion of something like potato salad, a small portion of something green that was diced and pickled, and rice. You also get a ginger dressing for the cabbage, soy sauce, and a ginger/horseradish side along with a generous glob of Wasabi. The most fun part was the small stone cooking slab at each seat where you can cook the meat to your liking (it comes rare). The cutlet coating was flavorful, light, and crunchy and the steak literally melts in your mouth. We were very impressed with the service, the friendliness of everyone, including the chefs, and the atmosphere of the place. It only seats about 30 people, but it is definitely worth a try when you're in Naha. It's conveniently located between Miebashi Station and Kokusai Street. The two meals cost us 4,930 Yen, which is about $35. An amazing value! We will definitely visit again when we're in Naha. Thank you for a memorable last...
