On May 5th, around 7 PM, I visited the DCM Aeon Mall Narita branch. As I was unfamiliar with grinder tools, the staff member in the photo was incredibly accommodating and kind, providing me with a lot of information. He even suggested a more affordable grinder tool since my intended use was for home. I felt very welcomed and informed because of this male employee. I hope you will value employees like him. I have visited this branch many times, but some employees at the information desk have been very rude, giving customers annoying looks when asked a question.
