It’s a chain store popular with locals. The food served was fresh and of good quality. Food was also served quickly after each order is placed. Overall, a very satisfactory lunch.
This place is within walking distance from Aeon Narita Mall; non-drivers can take a local bus to the mall and walk over. Drivers may want to know that there is a public carpark just a stone’s throw from the establishment.
Patrons need to check it via a machine at the entrance to get a table number.
Food items are ordered on an item by item basis, and can be done using one’s phone or using the touchscreen menu attached to each booth. Do remember to return all empty plates through the in-built plate collection system at each booth and check out on your device (whichever you use to order the food) before proceeding to the store exit/entrance to make payment via the payment machines (they accept both cash and payment through select credit cards—physical cards need to be presented for the latter option).
The menu and ordering system is available in both Japanese and English. The English translations aren’t 100% accurate (and are occasionally not very helpful/informative) but they’re good enough to enable patrons to order a decent variety of good options.
The chain has this option for patrons to play a gacha-like game, which gives patrons to win a chance to win a free-chance on their in-store physical gacha machines. How it works is that patrons earn one chance for every ¥500 spent on menu items with a specific mark on their item photos (so not everything you order counts).
And—perhaps because we visited this outlet off-peak—there was no waiting time between us checking in and getting a table. The place was also never completely full nor too noisy.
The restaurant seemed to be a family-friendly one. Kids may need to be able to sit on normal benches though; I didn’t see any special children’s seats in...
Read moreThe sushi became smaller compared to before. Prices have also slightly increased for some sushi. Some toppings to the sushi have also decreased. The Ikura sushi specifically got a downgrade and looks nothing like the picture. It's like they cut down the fish eggs by about half of what it used to be. The other sushi seems fine though. Credit card is accepted here and if you have a Rakuten point card, you can accumulate points...
Read moreHonestly, if you're visiting Japan and want to try some "authentic sushi", then AVOID this place. It indeed is cheap, but the quality is way below the Japanese standards. The rice is so hard, and the fish taste rather frozen one. And as it's an "fast food" sushi restaurant, forget about the customer service. There's other sushi resuarnts nearby, don't spoil your appetite just to hoping to...
