私は、貴店（ヤマダ電機成田店）での製品およびサービスに対し、大変失望しております。2024年11月23日および24日に、貴店にてBluetoothヘッドホンを購入しましたが、残念ながら不良品でした。このヘッドホンは私のスマートフォンに接続できず、その問題を確認してもらうために再度来店しましたが、問題は解決されませんでした。

さらに悪いことに、スタッフの方から交換品をいただきましたが、それもまたテストした結果、不良品であることが判明しました。製品の品質と問題解決における対応に非常に不満を感じています。

貴店で販売されている製品が正常に動作することを当然期待しており、不良品が二度続き、満足のいく解決が得られなかったことに対し、大変な時間と労力を費やしたことに強い不満を抱いています。つきましては、早急に全額返金または正常に動作する製品への交換をお願い申し上げます。

この問題に迅速に対処し、製品の品質および顧客サービスの向上に努めていただけることを期待しております。

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with both the product and the service I received at your store, Yamada Denki Narita. On 23rd and 24th Nov 2024, I purchased a Bluetooth headphone from your store, but unfortunately, the product was defective. It failed to connect to my phone, and I returned to the store to have it checked. Despite this, the issue could not be resolved.

To make matters worse, a staff member gave me a replacement headphone, which, upon testing, turned out to be defective as well. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the products and the lack of assistance provided in resolving the issue.

As a customer, I expect products sold at your store to be in proper working condition, and I am frustrated by the time and effort spent on two faulty items without a satisfactory resolution. I kindly request either a full refund or an exchange for a working product as soon as possible.

Never buy apple product on Yamada denki, you can’t have any apple service!! My i pad pro11 back camera have dust in it, so i was try to change new one or refund but they keep said no no never never and please call with apple service center, but apple service center said call to the Yamada denki.. yes if you buy here you got some trouble. Never buy apple...

No Yamada Denki store is worth visiting unless you're really desperate! Their prices are so high you wonder if it's really part of a psychological study on how much people are willing to pay just so they don't have to shop around...
