The atmosphere was cosy and warm imside the restaurant,though its cold outside.The staff was very efficient with arranging waiting time and finding a table for us. It is more a budget friendly steakhouse where you will get a decent steak and a ground beef hotdog like grilled piece plus a salad bar and a bowl of rice at the most affordable price for beef that I have found in Japan, the salad is fresh and it is quite tasty!
