We’ve been to the store today and our experience is not happy at all. The checkout staff at tax free counter number Т3011001096370 was very rude. When we were ready to pay a stranger told us that the store had some barcode on the website that offers more discount. The bill was around ¥19,000 which definitely qualified for the discount however I struggled on my phone because the signal was really weak and I pressed the wrong discount range. Instead of stepping in to help the staff was really angry and impatient with me and repeatedly asked me to pay immediately. Behind us there were only two other customers and the tax-free counter had other staffs to help them so there’s no point to rush. My friend saw him smirked after we left his counter. This is a great store that the staff continually update. I love that this store always checks the prices at Aeon and always beats them! They have some refrigerated and frozen items that are also cheaper than other supermarkets. It's a great place to find all kinds of interesting items - not just food! And they also feature a tax free counter. Every Saturday at 10am, they pass out 50 blue shopping baskets (by the entrance to the main shopping area of the store - inside the store) and this entitles you to a 5% discount on everything in...
