５年ぶりに訪れました。

前回は購入したゲームソフトの説明書が欠品しているアクシデントに遭遇し遠方なので返品に行けない為返送で返品対応をお願いしたところ電話口で「それは難しい」と曰く付きの店舗でした。

今回はそれを払拭してほしいなと寄りました。 が、残念な結果に。

購入したゲームソフトのディスク(不織布ケース)をパッケージにセロテープで貼り付け渡されました。車に戻るとディスクがない？なんと不織布ケースからディスクが飛び出し地面に落ちているではありませんか！ディスクに傷がついたので返品を申し出たところ「気をつけてくださいと言いましたよ」と言われました。(パッケージに貼っておきますね。としか言われてないんだが...)

いやいや、そんな状態で渡しておいて、 そんな事言われても・・・。びっくりしましたよ。

返品対応には直ぐ応じてくれたので文句はないですが店員も年配の方２人体制だったので危機管理が甘いのではないかと思ってしまいます。まさか５年ぶりにまた嫌な思いをするとは思わなかった・・・。残念ながら２...
