I can find most of my daily and seasonal needs here. Some products are cheaper than other stores while others are products can be cheaper elsewhere. Some of the cashier workers are cheerful. Sometimes there is sale on specific products. The fish is one of the best specially the mackerel that is the best I have tasted in Japan. They also have salmon with high quality but it is often salty so I buy unsalted salmon from a different store. Be careful, sometimes there are offers of cheaper salmon but those cheap salmon are not always delicious. There is a section for foreign products from different countries. There you can find lasagna, mango juice, chickpeas, Korean noodles, dates and more. This store is the kind of store that you always need to check for sales on different products because sometimes there are very good deals. But unfortunately you can’t find everything there. I often come here to buy, mackerel, peanuts, vegetables, some fruit, yogurt, milk, shoes, shower soap, and some clothes. I have used the store to buy camping equipment, pillows, teapot, sunscreen, detergent. I also go to the 100 yen store WATTS on the second floor. You can also find blankets, bags, underwear, air conditioners, fans, pots, table wear, cosmetics, soap, computer and mobile necessities. Sometimes you can find food trucks outside. 3年前に、父のエアコンが潰れ安いエアコンを探しているとメガドンキの広告に5万円ほどのエアコンが掲載されてました。 工事費用は2階なので、少し割高でしたが店員さんに家の写メを見せて室外機の置き場など確認してもらい、その2階の真下に室外機を置いての事なので規定の工事費でいけるでしょうと言われ、その分の約1万7千円を支払い、購入しました。

家の状況により部品がある時は少し費用がかかる場合がありますとのことでしたので、私はち1万円を渡して追加があれば支払ってと伝えていました。

以前にその2年前に母もエアコンを買い替えた際はベランダに室外機を置いていたので工事費は1万円以内で出来たので、追加費用も3千円程度でした。

工事が終わった日に帰ると工事費を5万円請求されたと言われました。 そしてそれを、支払ったと。私はびっくりしてすぐにクレームの電話を入れました。 工事は工事会社に委託しているのでメガドンキとは関係ないのでそちらに行ってくださいとのことでした。、工事会社に電話すると正規の工事代金と言われました。

メガドンキで支払った最初の工事費用はなんの工事費用なんやねんと思いました。

メガドンキもクレームは本社対応で店長は対応してくれません。 母が直接、言いにいった時も忙しい不在でと会おうとしません。 何のために写メを撮って店員さんに見せて確認した意味がありません。

店員さんも、その写真を見て壊れての買い替えなので新しくエアコンの穴を開ける必要もなく、真下に室外機も置ける事を確認して、その工事費を払って支払ったのに、別途5万円を父は言いくるめられ支払ってしまいました。 そして近江八幡の消費者センターにも伝えましたが、メガドンキと通通の中のようでまるでこちらが悪いかの如く言われました。

その上、役所の方にはこれはもう、話は終わりましたと言われましたが、5万支払って何が終わりましたやねんと思いました。

メガドンキの対応も酷い対応でしたが市役所の対応も酷い物でした。

それからメガドンキでは余程のことがない限り買い物をしません。

生物もかなり生臭いし、値段も他店に比べて高い！ 早く潰れて他のスーパーに変わって欲しい、 平和堂か、ラムーか、バローかゲンキーなどの店に変わって欲しい。

社内監査もその店員さんは、そんな事は言ってないと言ってましたと言われました。

認めるとその店員さんの首が飛ぶか左遷させられるか、降格になるので本当の事は言わないでしょう。

外部操作じゃないと意味ないよね！ その後、母がクレームを言いに行くと母には、すいませんでしたと言われたと言ってました。
