Others were not exaggerating when they said they had the best bowl of udon in their life!

We ate here twice during our week stay in Kujo area. The udon texture was nice and chewy, chicken tempura fried to perfection (crispy and so moist and tender) and the chikuwa was also home made and delicious! Both the hot and cold udons were so good. Both table and counter seats are available in this restaurant. The vibe is pretty cozy, which made me comfortable! The noodles are so chewy, the tempuras, especially Chikuwa are a bit crispy but become soft in the soup! I’d like more people to eat there as they have good food. It might take time to be served because they start making noodles once they get the orders, which means the noodles are...

意図的にPRされておられないようですが、多方面から高評価の口コミが飛んでくるため、オリックスを応援しに行く前に訪店しました。

食券制であると事前に情報を得ていましたが、メニューの画像が店外掲示ですので後続のお客が来られると悩めないながらも急かされる雰囲気となります。こだわっておられますオペレーション的にも可能ならば大箱になられるまでは注文制にして貰えると初見の客にも優しいかもしれません。

筆者はひやかけを注文しました。

1玉、1.5玉、2玉が同額です。 取材をお受けになられた動画を拝見するに、先に一回茹でて、その後に圧力釜で仕上げられるのが特徴の麺は、中心にコシを感じながら伸びのある食感の新感覚を得られます。ガチの讃岐麺好きと近年流行りのゴムゴムぐぃーん系の間を攻めるかのようで面白いです。 ひやかけ2玉は400gくらいでしょうか。美味しい面白い麺ですので、増量無料をおやめになられて並を150円ほど下げて、大盛りを200〜300円で設定されると、大盛りにするか違うのを2杯食いにするかの選択も出来そうです。

濁りの一切無い澄んだひやかけ出汁は優しいお味。ちょっと優し過ぎるくらいなのは無化調なのでしょうか。これはまだ伸び代を感じ、ブラッシュアップを望めそうです。
