The woman who appears to be the owner of this store is very rude and cold! I bought cassava fufu from this store; got home and made it but, it was completely different from cassava fufu as I know it, it tasted like there was a lot of apple cider vinegar in it, I couldn’t even eat it, had to trash it. I called her on the phone to complain but, she never offered any sort of apology whatsoever. She lacks empathy and acts like she’s doing someone a favor by selling items to them. Unpleasant people like her shouldn’t own a store. I had gone to this store two times before but this was my first time meeting her, and it was a horrible experience.

The two other times I had been there prior to this time I had only met Tony. Tony is really warm, friendly, and considerate. I lost 2,000 Yen ( the cassava fufu was 2,000 Yen ) on that day and I never even got a simple “ I am sorry “ or any compensation...
