Very timely incompetence. I can't believe how useless those guys are, the cospa is abysmal, I paid 18 man for visiting one unit, them painfully slowly drawing the contract for 3 weeks and, that was it. Ever since that point they have been unable to give me the most basic information like the branch code of their bank for the wire transfer - of course why would they help me to get their undeserved fat fee ? - Or helping set up utility services. It's always a number I have to call nothing they can do themselves. So the 18 man was just to get a 20 minutes tour guide of jiyugaoka ? Said area is certainly full of charm but that's a bit steep. Their prompt incompetence : fast at replying never at thinking does generate some lassitude and I now revert to my dreams to give one Okubo San the Fate that...

Very personable staff. Extremely helpful. Even though they do not speak a lot of english they helped every step of the way to ensure everything went smoothly and every question was answered. Highly recommend to any foreigners looking to live in this...

前回騒音に悩まされて辛かったので、静かな物件と依頼したのに、前以上に騒音のある家を紹介されました。 クレームをあげたら、選んだのはご自身ですよね？と言われます。確かに選んたのは私ですが、静かな物件とお願いしていたし、騒音被害はないと言われたから決めたのに。

清掃もされていないのに、クリーニング代も請求されるところでした。 結果返金される事になりましたが、返金されて良かったじゃないですか、何か文句あるんですか？と石津さんに言われました。

保証金も支払い済なのに、未払いはブラックリストになると私ではなく、保証人である家族に連絡されました。何の事か分からず、念のため保証会社へ確認したら、未払いは一切なし、ハウスコム自由が丘に連絡も全くしていないと言われました。 契約上で必要だった家族のプライバシーについても、管理人や店舗のスタッフへ、ペラペラ話します。個人情報は守られないと覚悟した方がいいです。

契約書も間違えるし、頼んでいないオプションも勝手に組込むので、断った方がいいです。

本当に本当に迷惑な事しかしないですし、関わると不快な思いをさせられます。絶対にお勧めしません。
