I was really impressed with this ramen. There are several different broths to choose from, and I went with the yuzu/soy option. It was light and flavorful, and you don’t feel guilty if you drink it all. I also got the loaded option, with pork, dumpling, egg, and beef. The noodles were thin and delicious too. Fast and friendly service. One of my new favorites in the area and you should definitely treat yourself if you’re...

I was craving for Salt Based Ramen and found this. And am glad I did. Excellent noodles, texture and taste is just perfect. The broth is a little too salty but one that I didn't mind. The portion of the meat can be better but I like the green onion and bamboo shoot somehow made up for it. Still I would prefer more meat so maybe I'll get a topping next time. The place is also clean and looks pretty new....

Nice and tasty ramen. Their ramen soup is based Shio means salt, the color is quite clear and gold. The taste is very smooth and the punch of yuzu on top. They also put a truffle paste that increase the smell. The noodle is thin and tasty as well. you should try the rice bowl with steamed snapper inside. It taste really nice. This ramen is for someone who wants to try an elegant ramen which is not...
