I have ordered from here several time over the past year and each time I gave them the benefit of doubt. The main issues I have with this store in regards to delivery is its lack of protective packaging during deliveries. Secondly, there were occasions when I preordered a product and had to track back to ask for items to be delivered.

My personal experience were that some items were delivered without bubble wrap or packing peanuts but rather some loose paper placed around it (clearly offering no packaging protection in any way). It was only when I asked for some form of protection to the packages that bubble wrap was used, though the protection was still marginal as they deemed it was professional to let a fragile item bounce around in a significantly larger box when shipping.

What a nightmare experience. I was in japan when i purchased an item from this store. I told them i want to be shipped before i went back to my country. Which they promised. Then they said it cant be done but they dont want to cancel it so it need to be shipped internationally. I told them i dont want because the import tax will be massive. Then they PROMISED its tax free.

Turns out its not. After dragging for 4 months (unbelievable) they said to me to paid for it and solve this afterwards. Then after i paid it they said they cant do anything. Unbelievable nightmare experience.
