As a self-proclaimed burger connoisseur, I have sampled countless burgers across Japan, but nothing comes close to the mind-blowing experience I had at wagyu to world wide in Tokyo.
From the moment I crossed the threshold, I knew I was in for something extraordinary. The cozy yet vibrant ambience, with its funky decor and friendly staff, immediately set the tone for what was to be an unforgettable culinary journey.
Now, let's dive into the star of the show - the burger itself. Handcrafted to perfection, the patty was a work of art. Made from prime Japanese Wagyu beef, it was juicy, tender, and cooked to medium-rare heaven. The harmonious blend of flavors and textures was accentuated by a soft, toasted sesame bun, which provided the ideal base for this masterpiece.
The toppings were a symphony of taste. The tangy house-made pickles added a refreshing kick, while the perfectly melted aged cheddar offered a rich umami flavor. The crispy bacon added crunch and a smoky essence, completing the flavor profile with finesse.
As if the burger itself wasn't enough, the accompanying crispy seasoned French fries.
In conclusion, www has redefined my perception of what a burger can be. From the exceptional quality of ingredients to the impeccable execution and tantalizing flavors, this burger had it all. If you're a burger lover seeking the pinnacle of taste, look no further than www in Tokyo. Be prepared to have your taste buds dazzled and to fall head over heels in love with their...
Read moreDelicious! Came here over the weekend to try Wagyu burgers and was not disappointed! What l loved the most was the tenderness of the beef patty paired with the sweet-and salty in-house sauce, and the fact that you can choose your own toppings and create your own burger!
• What I ordered:
【Matsusaka Beef Burger】 (with fried onions and cheese) - this one was my favourite!!! The sauce was absolutely DIVINE. Both slightly sweet and salty, the sauce really highlighted the quality and flavour of the beef patty. This burger goes great with fried onions!
【Kuroge Wagyu Burger】 (with egg and bacon) I didn’t know a patty could taste like this?!?! The patty itself was the most flavourful beef patty I have ever tried. By simply biting into the burger, I could immediately taste the juiciness of the meat, and I would definitely say it was the highlight of the burger.
• Price: Extremely reasonable, especially for high-quality Wagyu beef and such a great sauce! Expect to spend ¥2000-¥3000 per burger.
• Staff: Extremely friendly! The restaurant owner greeted us with a smile and took his time to explain the Tokyo craft beer menu.
• Atmosphere: Bright and energetic, with an old, retro, American-diner-style interior. Lots of neon lights, and vintage posters! It’s a really great place to grab a burger with friends, and have good conversation over Tokyo craft beers.
• Overall: loved the burgers and would really recommend it to anyone craving a...
Read moreLong story short: Hands down the best two burgers I have ever tasted in my life. I started with the mexican matsusaka beef burger.
they have amazing vegitarian burgers as well so it is great for meat and non-meat eaters!!! My partner does not usually eat veggie burgers because they typically aren’t that great, but she said 20 minutes after we left that she wished she ate another one.
Long story: The Matsusaka was so good that I decided to go for another, but this time for the special sendai beef burger. This one I did the normal cheese burger after reading about this type of beef as I wanted to taste the meat more. They were both equally amazing but the sendai had flavor that was a little sweet and heavenly. I would have to say that the sendai I probably favored a little more than the matsusaka but they are literally tied for #1 on my top 5 burgers list.
It is pricey, but you’re on vacation in Japan where you will want to treat yo’self. We had 3 burgers with a medium and small fry with the tomato salad and it was about €60. The burgers are a medium size and mine was cooked a perfect medium rare, leaning a tad on the medium size. The bun was cooked perfectly and the toppings were very fresh. Pickles are phenomenally marinated. The fries are truffle fries.
You do have to order from a QR code, but it is pretty straight forward unless you are not very tech savvy, then I can see where this would...
