十数年前に墓地の管理がお寺に変わってからサービスレベルが大きく低下。 以前は愛想が良いおじさんが、お墓の草取りまでやってくれていたが、今は何も手入れはせず、管理料はアップ。 既得権益を貪るやり方に、かなりがっかり。 父は以前の管理者の対応が良かったので、ここに生前に墓を建てたのだが、今のやり方には向こうでガッカリしているのではないかと、、、 こんなやり方では檀家も減っていく事だろう。 金儲けに走らず、顧客の方を向いてサービス...
