We had a very frustrating experience with this store related to the purchase of a large furniture piece. We took the process seriously — visiting the store multiple times, carefully measuring our staircase at home, and consistently checking with the staff about whether the item could be delivered upstairs. Each time, we were told it would not be a problem. We trusted their professional opinion.
Unfortunately, on delivery day, the team was unable to get the item upstairs — even after partial disassembly. It wasn’t even close to fitting. According to the delivery staff, the furniture would only fit if it were half its size. Clearly, it was never going to work, which is what we had initially suspected. We feel misled by the overly confident advice we received from the store.
Adding to our frustration, the store refused to accept any responsibility. We were charged a delivery fee and a 10% cancellation fee, despite doing our due diligence and asking for guidance at every step. The staff simply repeated that the purchase was “our decision,” as if their previous advice had never been given.
Be very careful if you’re thinking about buying anything large from this store. We went out of our way to help your staff make an informed judgment. Not only did we leave our phone number for further communication, but we also drew a detailed diagram of our staircase, including all necessary measurements, and brought it back to the store. If your team does not have the expertise to assess such information, then it would have been more responsible to say so from the beginning, rather than giving us the confident assurance that the item would “fit.”
This is exactly why we said in our review: any customer purchasing large furniture should not rely on what the staff says. Ultimately, the only person responsible is yourself — and that’s a hard lesson to learn after trusting what felt like professional advice. This is a secondhand furniture store, not a full-service furniture retailer, and unfortunately, that difference became very clear to us through this experience.

対してアンティーク家具ではない。ここに置いてあるのはカリモク、ハーマンミラー、Kanademonoなど10年未満の家具が大多数。あくまでも「中古リサイクル家具」であって、「アンティーク家具」は嘘。 店員はめちゃめちゃ冷たい。みんな下向いて黙って家具修復の作業してるだけ、誰も接客なんてできない。ここのページで「客をとても大事にしてます」的な印象を与えてるが、事実は真逆。しかも店員は誰一人として幸せそうに働いてる人はいない。みんなむっつり下向いて、黙って自分の作業してるだけ。お互いに会話すらない。 店員冷たいどころか失礼。私がたまたま飲んでたペットボトルを(無意識に)テーブルの上に置いたら「汚れがつくのでテーブルに置かないで下さい」と言われた。正直で申し訳ないが、お店は品物を「売る」立場であって、客が嬉しく買い物してくれるのが一番の優先事項。それなのにテーブルの「僅かな」水滴?の為に客に失礼なこと言って客の気を悪くするのはとんだ勘違い。商売も分かってないし接客もできない。ここで嘘レビューだけ並べてあたかも友好的な態度を装うのが一番の十八番。
