2023年1月　休日の13:30頃訪問。店外の券売機で砂丘そばとミニカツ丼セット790円のチケットを購入する。入店するとダシとネギの混ざり合った匂いがふわっと漂う。先客は4名ほど。コの字カウンターに着座し、待つこと7分くらいで提供される。そばツユは色薄く、ダシの旨味がたっぷりと芳醇な仕上り。アゴや煮干しなどが使われているのだろう。とても美味しいです。そばはゆで麺を温めたもの。ふぁっさり&もっさりのやわい口当たり。コシという概念はないが、私は好きです。さてカツ丼。こちらもダシの旨味が効いている。関東風の甘べっちゃりのカツ丼もいいが、この西日本系統の甘さ控えめダシの旨味勝負のカツ丼も好きです。ガツガツと食べつつ、そばの残りツユをすする。ツユは完飲してしまいました。コスパもよく大満足でした。...............2019年11月...

I don't think Sakyu-Soba`s is so delicious. Ago-Chikuwa has no taste. Why do I like this store so much? That is because the Donburi is very delicious. The Tamago-Don is very delicious. The delicious reason is Dashi. Dashi has a very good taste. It's important, so write it again. I don't recommend Soba！ 砂丘そばの蕎麦は美味しくないと思う。 あご竹輪は味がない。 ではなぜこの店が好きなのか？ 丼がとても美味しいからだ。 玉子丼が特に美味しい。 美味しい理由は出汁にある。 出汁がとても良い味なのだ。 重要なことなので、もう一度書く。 蕎麦はオススメしない！

I don't think Sakyu-Soba`s is so delicious. Ago-Chikuwa has no taste. Why do I like this store so much? That is because the Donburi is very delicious. The Tamago-Don is very delicious. The delicious reason is Dashi. Dashi has a very good taste. It's important, so write it again.
