Hinma — Restaurant in Tottori

The ramen is so delicious. I went to this restaurant while I was waiting for my train in December 2023. I was very cold because I came from the sand dunes where it was very windy and it seemed like it was going to rain. So I thought it was good to eat ramen and I wasn't wrong when I went. I was a solo traveler at that time and could not speak Japanese. The chef is very kind and I was surprised that I was their very first Filipino customer. He made me write on the cork board for foreigners to write anything about the country of origin and in native language. I also enjoyed reading the posts from other travelers. I went there for the first time at night time!! They have soy ramen and other ramen but the other ramen is only available at night time. There are only one guy working there and around 9 counter tables. I like the soy ramen and pork but the egg have no taste… I would like to try the other ramen next time:) And when you go there at lunch time, you can eat as much rice and pickles...
