They lied about the headphones I bought, WF-1000XM4, I took it the next day because there is a problem with absurd wear on the battery and it heats up a lot when charging, the focus on where it heats up is the buds, I took it there the attendant tells me I have to use it a 67W charger in a True Wireless headset! I'm not an idiot, man! This can cause problems far beyond damaging the battery but what it already is! The warranty is 6 months but completely dishonest on the part of the attendant! If you want to buy the True Wireless headphones that are on display, be very careful about the 6-month warranty and how dishonest the attendant can be! Just to give you an idea, Sony recommends charging at 0.5 Amps (500 milliamps) which is equivalent to 2.5W!! Extremely far from 67W, right? I want to congratulate the seller for his dishonesty! I'll go back next week because the attendant said that if that doesn't solve it, he'll exchange it for another one, but it's extremely clear and visible that it's a hardware problem and an extremely worn-out battery on one side!
