Pre-booked the private bath for 45 minutes for 2000 yen for the family. (Paid in advance). After arriving, we found out we’d have to pay an additional 2800 yen (1100 per adult and 600 for one child). This couldn’t have been less clear from the website. Left feeling thoroughly ripped off, we only came for the private bath but had to pay for the public one too for some reason. Of course, we had paid in advance and this was non refundable. Would have been 3 stars if the pricing was in proportion to the facilities and more transparent. Read moreCapasity of the bathroom was too tiny for washing your body, and due to the narrow clearance between washing zone and inner bath, sometimes babble and splash water has been entered to the inner bath. I felt it was dirty. And temperature of the sauna is too low. (And at the timing of my visit, some key of locker has been broken.) Finally, cost for the bath will be charged around 1300JPY, but consideration from above, I will never visit again.
If you want to go to the spa around here, It recommends that you have to go to Yasato-onsen rather than here. *That is the better than here at the elenent of space...
