It is always crowded, but the information desk staff is very prompt and friendly, so I don't feel stressed at all!

Had a bad experience there with the cashier who was either intentionally or unintentionally rude. She didn't want to allow me to use the translate function on my phone for the conversation with her. As tourists, I may not know everything. At least allow for a two way communication. It became a heated situation especially when the person I came with stepped away and offered no support during this upsetting & humiliating experience. Items wise, I did not get almost 40% of the items that I wanted which were earlier searched viral popular items. Will look for it elsewhere. I will never be returning...

The hot foods are really good. there are so many options as well. you can never go wrong with any of the hot foods. wish i lived closer to one like this. another note, it isnt crowded like other donqui with many tourists. that is a plus. it is quite clean as well. besides downstairs there is a gyoza shop. and boba. it is in a nice location. it is very convenient to get to where you want and the surrounding area is full of shops and restuarants too. if you dont see what you want you can just take a walk...
