This is a DIY store that doubles as a small supermarket/camping/automotive store. While it doesn't carry produce, it has items like beer, wine, tea, cola, vegetable juice, vitamins, pet store items, basic camping equipment (tents, chairs, grills, bbq stuff, shelters,etc) light bulbs, sneakers, rain gear, and household toiletries and cleaning equipment. They even sell microwaves, TVs, fridges and washing machines.

It also carries things like plants, flowers, along with wood beams, storage chests, hoses, blocks, ladders, and other do-it-yourself items.

There is ample parking on the roof and outside the store and it is open until 8 p.m. even on weekends. There is parking for the handicapped, for bicycles and for scooters. They take credit cards and you can get their point card to get redeemable points on your purchases.There are carts for carrying pets inside the store.

There are self checkout counters and regular checkout counters along with a snack stand inside. There are bathrooms inside as well.

Lots of basic everyday items can be found there. As far as I know, they do not have English speaking staff nor do they accept foreign banks'...

I had a couple of hours great enjoyment comparing and contrasting JPN DIY and UK DIY. A really great location to see the availability of items and maybe pick up a bargain in comparison to the UK market.. As Japanese shoppers expect quality for a price and UK shoppers (perhaps) expect low prices and are conditioned to expect lesser quality for the money. As a handyman professional I can comment at length at the differences of tools and consumables. But all-in-all you should look for a quality item at a good price. Pay particular attention to metal hand tools, kitchen knives, and hardwear. Multiple items are completely different in design than European hand tools, however you can expect an excellent level of finish to even entry level tools.
