渡慶次海岸(公衆天然ビーチ) — Local services in Yomitan

This resort almost completely ignores the lovely beach it fronts, making it difficult to get to and no amenities to enjoy it. There is also little value for money for the price one pays. The rooms are large and rather comfortable, but at around $1000 per night nothing is included - with the exception of two or three bottles of water in your full-sized refrigerator. Also, on our first visit we had a late flight but were forced to leave the (uncrowded) pool shortly after checkout. Food is not bad - especially in-room dining - but...

Poor check in experience - sent to wait in a scruffy cafe for 90 mins rather than being allowed to sit in the main area lounge - constant refrain to any reasonable request was no until after insistent eg for milk for my coffee they agree at a charge of 363 yen just for the milk! Re service and attitude they all need to have training from the IKOS group as smiling alone is not good service. Sadly this hotel does not begin to meet its potential which is a real shame and having stayed in a number of their hotels a poor reflection...

Buen hotel tipo resort a pie de playa. El servicio muy bueno, la localización regular, ya que está aislado de cualquier sitio. No nos gustó el local para cenas BBQ ya que era demasiado grande y alto y amplifica cualquier ruido y una de las cenas había dos bebés gritando durante toda la cena.
