This is the place for the gram!!
It’s an open air cafe right next to the beach. Lots of open seating overlooking the beautiful beach.
You also have the option to sit in the cabanas, right on the beach.
It was super duper hot but that did not stop people to sit in the cabanas.
The food & drinks menu is short and simple.
Tried the pizza toast which was delicious
The hot dog was good too.
Bukubuku jelly soda was not only pleasing to the eyes but was also refreshing.
Pork egg onigiri was lovely and filling. Also eating it was a little challenging but all good.
The service was very thorough and quick. The lady taking orders was professional and made sure to double check the orders.
Service was quick. No complaints at all.
It’s a cafe with paid parking. You can validate your ticket at the cafe and get 1 hour free parking.
Right next to the cafe is a beautiful church which is apparently a very popular wedding venue.
You can walk down to the beach from the cafe.
There are clean restrooms too.
A huge beautiful cafe and delicious food & drinks.
They also sell their merchandise like t-shirts & keychains etc.
You can also buy fresh bananas here.

Read moreBANTA CAFE by Hoshino Resorts is a stunning seaside café with impressive architecture and breathtaking views. Walking down the steps, you’ll find open terrace seating that faces the ocean, offering wide, unobstructed views of the blue sea and rugged coastline. The design blends beautifully with nature, making it an ideal spot to relax and take photos.
That said, the food and drinks here are quite average. The menu isn’t very extensive, and the taste is just okay—nothing particularly memorable. If you’re expecting a gourmet dining experience, you might be a little disappointed. But if your goal is to unwind while enjoying the sea breeze and scenery, this café is definitely worth visiting.
Overall, the highlight of BANTA CAFE is the architecture and the view rather than the food. It’s the kind of place where you come more for the atmosphere than the dining, and I personally enjoyed just sitting there, soaking in the harmony between...
Read moreI got here right before it got really busy, around 1030am, so I had no wait time for my coffee and food. I left around noon and there was a long line and most tables were filled with people. There is a lot of seating and space, right next to the cafe are tables set up in the shade and then there are wooden stairs that take you down to the beach. Along the way of the stairs are multiple areas where larger groups of people can sit and enjoy the view in the shade. Most of the seating does have shade but there are a few areas where it can get pretty hot sitting in the sun. I came here to grab coffee and read and it was a great experience ☺️ Parking was easy, the place is easy to find, and the staff is super friendly. The menu is pretty simple and is in Japanese and English. The food was fine, nothing special, but the view makes up for anything lacking there. Will definitely be coming back with some friends...
