Wow, let me tell you about The Junction Mall on Ngong Road – I just had the most fantastic time there! Seriously, if you're looking for a place that has everything, you have to check out The Junction Mall. It's located right on Ngong Road, so it's super easy to get to, whether you're driving or hopping on a matatu. First off, the hours are incredible. It's open from 5 AM to 11 PM every single day! Talk about convenience. I love that I can pop in early for a quick errand or enjoy a late evening out without feeling rushed. And the shopping? Oh my goodness, it's a dream come true. They have all my favorite stores, from LC Waikiki and Mr Price for clothes to a huge Carrefour supermarket where I can get absolutely everything on my grocery list (and usually a few extra treats!). Plus, there are great spots for home decor, electronics, health products, and even books. You could literally spend hours just Browse through all the amazing shops. When I needed a break, the food options were just as fantastic. Whether I wanted a quick bite from KFC or Pizza Inn, a delicious coffee from Artcaffé or Java, or a proper sit-down meal at Double Dragon or Mediterraneo, there was something for every craving. It's the perfect place to grab lunch with friends or have a nice dinner out. And if you're looking for some fun, Century Cinemax Junction is right there with multiple screens – perfect for catching the latest blockbusters. I always make sure to check out what's showing! They even have all the essential services like banks and pharmacies, which is so handy. And parking is easy with Park-N-Go, so you don't have to stress about finding a spot. Honestly, The Junction Mall isn't just a mall; it's a whole experience. The vibe is fantastic, it's always buzzing, and I always leave feeling happy and like I've had a really great day out. You absolutely have to go visit! What do you think – ready for your own amazing trip to The...

Read moreI visited the mall recently and was utterly appalled by the lack of basic hygiene and professionalism. It's like entering a labyrinth of filth and incompetence.
At the entrance the guards are picking their noses and then handling bags with the residue, but the management, handled by Knight Frank, seems utterly inept. Complaints are met with callousness and indifference, as if they couldn't care less about the patrons' experience. Greedy managers pocketing huge salaries, can't even buy the guards some gloves!!!!.
I raised my complaint with the management but met an arrogant overly paid receptionist who dismissed my complaint with a 'this is our policy, take it or leave it' attitude.
The only redeeming quality about my experience was a Mr. Patrick, who actually seemed to know what he was doing. A good attentive man. However, it's a travesty that someone so competent is relegated to wearing torn shirts and worn out shoes, due to being poorly paid.
It's clear the owners of this mall need to wake up and realize that hiring a better property management firm would do wonders for the mall's reputation and customer...
