I can understand Sundays can be busy at junction java but to be seated at a table that hasn't been wiped down, that's sticky because of the honey the previous customer used and having to ask to have the table cleaned 3 times then waiting 20min to be served and being given my latte with a spoon but no sugar and when I do ask for sugar am told it's on the table, and it's not I checked but clearly the staff doesn't pay attention to their tables.i accidentally dropped my spoon and when I asked for another one the waitress actually clicked.i usually go to java and have never experienced this kind of service before, having a busy day is no excuse to be ingnorant or rude.we were seated next to the register and one of the receipt holder dropped and non of the staff bothered to pick it up, after a few mins checking to see if it had been picked up, it had been kicked to the side.if this was my first time going to java it would definitely be my last, considering their 2 artcaffe stores at junction mall maybe I'll be going there when...

I appeal, for the sake of the good name of Java, that you go for the real genuine fresh tilapia fillets for your customers. That fillet you currently serve makes the Java look bad.
Other than that, I salute your staff for excellent customer care. And the giant samosas...

The place is always bustling; you'll rarely find it empty. During our early dinner, we tried two signature dishes: Swahili coconut fish curry and Mushroom Chicken breast, paired with iced tea. The iced tea arrived promptly in 5 minutes, while the main dishes took 15 minutes. Despite the wait, both dishes were delicious, perfectly warm, and served in just the right portions. The tilapia in the Swahili coconut fish curry was particularly well-cooked, and the gravy was...
