Before deciding to rent this place, I strongly recommend reading this review.
For the price, you can find much better apartments elsewhere. Complaints to the management donât seem to make any difference. Just look at the Google reviewsâthere were complaints about the lifts two years ago, and nothing has changed since. If you visit the apartment, youâll experience it yourself. Every lift has issues, and it feels like a mini funfair ride. Some residents have even been stuck in the lifts, pressing the emergency button with no response from the guards. And itâs not just one block, every block seems to face the same issues.
Power cuts happen regularly, with no real solutions provided. Nearly every month, thereâs some kind of problem. The swimming pool tiles are cracked, and despite being reported, nothing has been done. The access gates are another headacheâresidents have had to rely on guards to open them for over a year because theyâre always broken. Same goes go sauna and steam room, itâs just for a âdisplayâ.
If you ask for updates or try to raise concerns, the management usually responds with, âItâs not our issue.â Unfortunately, even some agents who are well aware of these ongoing problems continue to promote this property.
Consider this carefully before making your decision. You deserve better.
I truly hope some of the property owners take this feedback seriously and organize a meeting with the management to address these long-standing issues. The current state of the property not only affects the residentsâ quality of life but also impacts the propertyâs value in the long run.
If no progress is made, perhaps itâs time to consider voting for a change in management. A more competent team could prioritize fixing the persistent problems, improving the facilities, and ensuring better service for everyone. Collective action from the owners is the only way to push for meaningful...
Read moreI am a tenant in this residence and would like to share my feedback. This is my second rental apartment, and for a building completed in 2019, I expected it to be new and well-maintained. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing.
Good Side: ⢠From afar, the facilities here look appealing, including the swimming pool, tennis court, and gym.
Bad Side: Access Issues: ⢠Residents have to wait for the guard to open the gate, as there is no card access system. This is inconvenient and outdated. Hygiene Concerns: ⢠The buildingâs cleanliness is poor. The rubbish bins are not cleared daily, and the floors are not mopped regularly. This creates an unpleasant living environment. Grab Delivery Problems: ⢠There is no designated area for deliveries, which is a basic requirement for modern buildings. My Grab delivery was thrown away by the management because I wasnât home overnight to collect it. This is unacceptable. Unjust Penalty Charges: ⢠If your car is clamped, the penalty fee is credited to an individualâs personal account. I am willing to pay for my mistakes, but charging to a personal account is unprofessional and...
Read moreRented here for 2 years, my unit was fine (in block C) No pest and pipe problems etc.
However, the lifts often have breakdowns, especially in the other two blocks- A and B. The residents in the FB group has been very vocal about this because itâs a matter of safety. Apparently there are numerous times some people are stuck in the lift for an amount of time. The management has been outsourcing the lift maintenance to cheap company, hence the poor quality.
Got 1 time the whole building had electric blackout. Took around 1 hour for restoration.
Security wise is okay also, they are strict on ensuring no unregistered visitor- clamping is enforced. No need to pay for overnight visitor and ample space for visitors too.
Facility wise- on par. Nothing fancy.
Location wise- next to MRR2. Expect slow traffic during peak hour, but still moving. Limited access to eateries, thereâs one nasi kandar shop downstairs but expensive.
All in all, my stay there was nice. Perhaps I was lucky I never experience the lift breakdown and any...
