Boat Noodle | AEON AU2 — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I came here on Sat, 28th June 2025 after long tiring day to have dinner. I was looking forward to have enjoyable dinner in this outlet, unfortunately I got very unpleasant experience. I waited more than 30 minutes yet the food hadn't come and it was not crowded when I arrived until it became crowded as the people came, not sure if the other people who came later than me got served first but the people in front of me have been enjoying their foods while I was waiting and yet my food hadn't arrived till they finished and left. I still waited and waited till 30 minutes later and 1 waitress came to me and asked what I ordered and still I waited but even after that waitress asked, the food hadn't come yet and finally I left without having dinner there 🥹. I was hangry, sad, and very disappointed for wasting my time for nothing 😖. The 1st waitress who took my order in the first place didn't bother checking on my order but another waitress and the cashier apologized when I was paying for the water only (since I didn't get my food after waiting for ages 😓). I thought this happened to me only but then checked on the reviews, people wrote similar experience on the slow service and that's been there since long. SMH for keeping such service instead of improving 🙄. I better stick to eating at Black Canyon and Johnny's for Thai foods, they serve fast, cheaper price, and the staff...

as a customer,if u guys would like go to authentic food i prefer this branch boat noodle.. This place is very quiet and clean, the food is delivered very fast, their staff is very friendly and always smiling including at the payment section after finishing eating.. the manager at the cashier section is very friendly and also ask the customers if the food is okay or not.. overall I am very satisfied.. this is one of my favorite boat noodle branches and I and my family have come to eat here several times.❤️❤️❤️….to all of you….please come to this branch sooo recommend…im guarantee u guys will not be disappointed by...

The service is beyond slow. I ordered 6 bowl of pathumthani and it took them 40mins to serve for non peak hour and few customers to attend. Food were served cold and the mini bowl portion has drastically reduced. Once I came at 9:15pm and staff no longer accepting dine in/orders anymore because the shop is closing/kitchen closed??
