Restoran AK-47 — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

We had our dinner here, the service was fast but then really not satisfied. We ordered kailan ikan masin which is not hot at all. It was like they cooked it earlier and just served it like that. And we also ordered chicken tomyam where we found there was a giant fly in it (euww). And the most unacceptable is they even didn’t say sorry or apologize, even a single word. And we only pay for rice, drinks and beef blackpepper(we didn’t eat at all after found that giant fly) and plus the cashier’s reaction was very annoying(he said “just pay what u eat” with annoyed face). Please, if you did something wrong learn how to say sorry and please take care of...

Foods were great and price quite cheap, compare to others. Just had a Nasi Goreng Cili Api,which is very good and delicious. It has variety of foods too, such as Western food,grill fishes,satay,seafoods and lots of other food. They also have big table up to 8-10 people,just nice for family gathering. You also can experienced the no-chairs eating area,which similar to Japanese style eating. Only the chairs and aquarium that I noticed, were not clean and manage properly. Otherwise, could give 5 stars !

Service - 1/10 The service are bad. No greetings, no smiles on the waiter/ waitress. Very slow service on ordering and food delivery.

Crowd - 1/10 The place are too crowded. The seats are too cramped.

Food - 1/10 The worst part of all. The food are served cold. The taste are way below what they have advertised...worst of all, it was undercook (chicken chop).
