First Time : My wife went shopping and I was hungry and bought a Raisin Mexican Coffee bread hoping to sit in the eating area and ordered a drink too. The big signboard PAY HERE is misleading because the two workers refused to collect my money. One of them told me to pay the cashiers before going out.What is the point of putting up a eating and drinking area when you cannot use it? Second Time : So sad still unable to pay for my curry puff again this morning October 27 2023 . Was told to pay to the normal cashier. Better remove your PAY HERE inside dining area. Third time : I bought a Mexican bun and wanted to sit there and eat but was to pa to the cashiers before going outside to eat it. The opening time greetings from the staff make the customers as VIP. My suggestions are all cashiers should learn from Econsave cashiers. They are more polite. Do something about complaints from customers. I hope I don't need to make the same issue and complain about paying to eat...
