This place is abit overpriced. Food is not as nice as what you pay. I will rate it as expensive. I don't know how's the other similar shop taste like as I didn't try before but I would prefer Penang bak kut teh. It is much nicer and the price is half of this. One person portion with two bowl of white rice cost me RM 20 here. 😨 Perhaps the living cost here is quite high and it is standard compared with others? Anyway, the soup portion is not big and the second bowl of white rice is really hard like not fully cooked. The owner is helpful but anyway comparing the price and the quality not a really satisfying experience. It is below my...

This is the traditional Hokkien style Bak Kut Teh served in bowls instead of claypots like those in Klang. Whilst the way of serving in bowls is like those from Singapore, all resemblance ends when you taste the herbal soup as opposed to the Teochew peppery soup favoured by Singaporeans.
