The service was slow, and the restaurant was dirty. I ordered half-boiled eggs but received raw ones instead. We ordered nasi lemak first, yet a table that ordered later got theirs before us. Then, we were told that nasi lemak was finished, so we had to wait or change our order. We switched our two nasi lemak orders to two mee siam, but only one mee siam was served. We had to wait for the second mee siam, the egg replacement, and still, it took ages. The reason? The chicken for the mee siam side dish had to be cooked first. I had Chee Cheong Fun with Curry and Chicken Siew Mai. Ordered lotus mini Pau.. not available... Ordered salad prawn dumpling... Not available. Ordered hot barley, not available.. finally had the CCF with Chicken Siew Mai and warm water.

Wife asked for chicken chop salted egg. Chicken was over-fried. Wedges were over-fried. From the looks of it, I'd say the oil in deep fryer has not been changed for quite some time.

Service was rather slow considering the place was only remotely half full. Time to think about how the business can retain and get repeat...

A very spacious hangout place in the afternoons especially when you want to share stories and gossip with friends and associates. The coffee is aromatic and they have a selection of "kuih-muih" to go with your cuppa. They also have economy meehoon, kuay teow and mee goreng (prepackaged) other than a favorite nasi lemak that almost always finishes before afternoon. However, avoid taking the prepackaged stuff after 2pm as they actually go "bad" - sour and smell rotten". Prices...
