I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with my recent experience in this faculty. I parked my car illegally at their place, without blocking anything, due to rushing for a professional exam, as all nearby parking was full due to other ongoing exams. Despite my valid reason and explanation to the PTP staff nicely, my car was clamped, and I was forced to pay a fine of RM 100 to have it released. The whole process from noticing my car was clamped, to explaining and paying for the fine, until my car got released, it took me an hour. This experience had inevitably highlighted the lack of compassion and understanding from the faculty to students in what should have been a supportive environment in UM. I’m very disappointed...
