I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the condition of the clinic. During my recent visit, I was disappointed to find that the air-conditioning system was not working properly. The temperature inside the clinic was extremely hot and uncomfortable, making it difficult to focus on my appointment.
As a patient, I expect to be able to receive medical attention in a comfortable and hygienic environment. The lack of a functioning air-conditioning system not only affected my personal comfort, but it also raises concerns about the hygiene and safety of the clinic. The hot and stuffy environment could lead to the spread of germs and bacteria, putting patients and staff at risk of illness.
I urge you to take immediate action to repair the air-conditioning system in your clinic. 3.cost wise not as cheap as we thought was told that RCT price around MYR 1000+ waiting time as per above depending on the availability
4.scalling around RM60 + n dental filling need to set another appointment again also again depending on the slots availability
overall a waste of money for those travelling far like me( all the way from Shah Alam ) ; waited so long for the registration as only 1 officer available for registration though she opted to give way for those with appointment fist; 10 minutes check up only ;parking difficulties ( better to take grab) its services more towards just a basic teeth check up not worth for those required...

Lack of signboard, have to ask pedestrian to reach to correct place(on FB also have same comments 4 years ago, no improvement) Unreasonable system for student dental treatment, need to come before 8am to get the limited 30 placements(means you won't get somehow)(I understand the limitations is due to the SOP of Covid19).
