We brought a group of students to the Museum of Asian Art at the University of Malaya with the aim of enriching their educational experience. Unfortunately, our visit was very disappointing. Despite notifying the museum a month in advance, one of the staff members appeared unprepared and displayed an unwelcoming attitude towards our students — which is highly inappropriate in an educational setting. Even more concerning was the poor hygiene at the designated canteen, where rat droppings were clearly visible.
