I booked a class on classpass and had an emergency on the day. They refused to help me reschedule my class or help me sign in so i don't have to pay the cancellation fee of RM70. Instead they insisted i had to pay and there was nothing they could do to help. The class has already been paid for with my credits (which already costs way more than anywhere else), so why do you have to be so petty to make people pay additional cancellation fees. Not like the class i booked was full, or like it affected it in any way. Best part is, when you guys cancel a class that people have already booked, HOW COME YOU DON'T PAY US A CANCELLATION FEE?
For context, ALL other gyms don't make a big deal out of this. I've had to reschedule a few times with other gyms in the past and they were all happy to help adjust my booking/help out in some way.
Pls be more flexible and accommodating, ALOT of people are saying bad things about this particular issue and have stopped going to FLY because of it. Maybe looking into it will help bring more people...
Read moreWe signed up for our class via ClassPass and we got there 3 to 4 minutes past the class timing. They informed us that we can’t join the class and our credits can’t be refunded. We were also informed by the front desk that they had rejected many other people who got slightly late (due to the heavy rain and jam today). As a first timer who was wanting to try out the class, I was very very put off by this as no flexibility was offered for us to join another class. If flyproject wants to be so “strict” about this. You should make this VERY VISIBLE on your class details on class pass that you will not allow anyone to enter even if it’s 1 minute past the class time and that you will not refund the credits ! Really hope to see this reflected soon on your class details to ensure no one travels all the way for your class just to be sent back and not offered a refund credit! Flexibility is also something that you should be offering. Overall, Very...
Read moreI have now had two occasions where due to the way you can buy class credits, Fly Project is refusing to refund me or change my package.
The website said two credits I purchased two credits for a reformer class but was unable to book.
The reason is below which makes no sense to me.
Be very careful buying from Fly Project they steal from you openly. In contrast to yoga movement who go out of their way to help change packages when a mistake has clearly been made
Shame on them
It seems that you purchased 2 separate credits but encountered difficulty booking a reformer class. The reason for this is that reformer classes require 2 credits per booking, as mentioned above. Each credit package offered by FLYPROJECT is an independent entity with its own specific terms, conditions, and benefits. Therefore, credits from one package cannot be combined or merged with credits from...
