1). Ticket counting machine down all the time. Tickets collected but couldn't redeem. Ask staff to count manually but was rejected because manager doesn't allow. So what's the point we collect the ticket when we can't redeem on the spot? 2). Unable to redeem toys/ plushies bcs toy code is not in the system. Ask the manager to solve but staff said manager not around. Never see their manager at all whenever I go there. Staff just ask to complain to HQ. If not redeemable, remove it from redemption counter.

If no one is manning the tickets n redemption, just close the section. You attract the people to play with redemption but at the end of the day customers can't redeem. it's frustrating and feel cheated.

Staff can talk to you have halfway n then went away n hide in their staff room. That's rude. Problem not solved. Can even whined that customers always complain.

This place are just the worst places you can play some games with your friends, like their machine have problem but refuse to refund instead ask you to play something that you didn't really wanted, even some of the game machine were old and outdated that have a insensitive steering wheel. Please always make sure the Pokemon gaole card disk is always full fill and repair done. Always come to here and looks the machine have problem and lack of disk !
