I purchased my outdoor set at Decon Design in July 2017, but with the delivery of the furniture the connection clips were missing.

Decon Design said they would order the clips, but after 11 months of contineous follow up and excuse after excuse the item is in transit or backorder or wrong size I still don’t have my clips that hold the furniture set together. The silver metal frame has even gotten rusty after just 11 month although positioned under a roof.

Since 2 weeks Decon Design doesn’t return my calls anymore , so my advise:

“ DON’T BUY FROM DECON DESIGN”

I noticed those with 5 star ratings comments are mostly foreigners by name probably from 3rd world countries as bangladesh, pakistan n india. I would suggest not to trust them as these people are good at lies and fraud. Always check the 1 star comments as that would probably represent a company true nature of behaviour/service. Those with 5 stars are all paid/made...

Have a plenty of new designs ranging from retro to contemporary. One of few good shops in Shah Alam with good design. If you are thinking to buy something unique do visit this shop and get your deal. Do ask for discounts. Will visit...
