We recently had the pleasure of engaging Ventura for my son’s birthday party, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and filled with warmth.

Food Quality & Taste: The food was absolutely outstanding—every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Guests of all ages, from kids to adults, kept going back for seconds (and even thirds!). The menu struck a perfect balance between child-friendly options and delicious choices for the adults. Everything was cooked to perfection, and many of my guests commented that it was one of the best catered meals they’ve ever had at a party.

Presentation & Setup: Not only did the food taste incredible, but it also looked wonderful. It truly elevated the celebration.

Service & Professionalism: Ms Nalina handling simply amazing. She was attentive, organized, and so warm in her interactions with me. You could tell she genuinely cared about making the day special for us.

Value for Money: Considering the quality of food, the level of service, and the peace of mind that came with knowing everything was taken care of, the value was exceptional.

We had the immense pleasure of having Ventura caterer for our wedding dinner reception in Janda Baik. Their service is top notch (my fav vendor from day 1), food quality is beyond excellent, very organized setup, menu selection is varied that they can cater for almost any event, very easy to communicate with and most of all Nalina Akka truly shows that she cares about her clients. I’ve had numerous questions on the menu, adjustment for number of pax and thoughts on other events, she is always prompt to respond thoughtfully.

We had a Malaysian soirée themed dinner with thosai/appam live stations, meja kuih and full spread of veg/non veg food. Guests enjoyed the food and my foodie family couldn’t stop relishing the delicious meal. The appam was hands down the best we’ve had and many guests attested to it. Other personal favs were rendang (chicken and tofu) and chutney for thosai. Nalina Akka and her husband were fantastic hosts and ensured everyone had a good time! I would also personally commend on how Ventura was proactive with the decor theme, table setup, timing of setup, plans to bring the food to Janda Baik promptly and providing top tier food.
