Restoran Wing Heong — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

Saw this place on socmed so decided to come try. Place are by the main road of serdang and not very obvious.

Food come quite fast after ordering. Roast chicken was good with nice crisp. Roast pork skin are crispy but the seasoning is weak. Not savoury enough. Steam chicken is ok but nothing to shoutout. They also give the ginger spice together but not so powerful

We also ordered the coconut chicken. Soup is refreshing and nice amount of herb. Wide amount of soup to choose too.

Overall taste wise is ok but not amounted to purposely come here for the food. One of the good is the price are consider cheap and the potion are quite big. The food below cost RM28(include soup) which I think normal chicken rice at food court are...

I have just tried the roasted duck and char siew. The roasted duck is so so only. I am abit disappoined in fact, as i m expecting a crispy outside skin with juicy and rich flavor meat but it turned out as normal duck rice only. The char siew is ok but i think most good stall can produce this standard. Anyway, the soup is really good and upto the high ratings expectation. The coconut stewed with chicken soup is really superb. Luckily i manage to get the last order when i reached there. Well, i dont say the stall is not good after all, but it is abit overated especially on the duck...

A nice Chicken Rice shop located at roadside, i came around on 11.50am so there isn’t a crowd yet.

I’ve ordered Chicken Drumstick + Chicken Breast + Siew Yok, for these it’s RM16.90 which is reasonable for me. The chicken is nice and tender even for the breast, it was very well-cooked.

The siew yok skin is crispy also, the meat is slightly drier because there isn’t much fat.

Overall is a great place for chicken rice. And also they have varieties of soup (炖汤） available.

The only problem is hard to find parking...
